11Civil Action Case NumberCivil Action Case Number for the current action: The number assigned to each legal pleading by a Clerk of Court in the various counties in the state of Georgia that identify all documents that are filed with a case. In order to submit a completed Web-based calculation to the court for a hearing, or as entered in consent by the parties or for other consideration, the Civil Action Case Number (written exactly as assigned by the Clerk) for the current action must be entered.
