Extraordinary Educational Expenses may be a basis for Deviation from the Presumptive Amount of Child Support and may include, but are not limited to tuition, room and board, lab fees, books, fees, and other expenses associated with special needs education, private elementary and secondary schooling (high school). In determining the amount of this Deviation, expenses, scholarships, grants, stipends, and other cost-reducing programs received by or on behalf of the Child will be considered and should be a monthly average and based on evidence. Evidence will consist of written documents, based on fact, used to support any adjustments and deviations used in reaching the child support calculation. If copies are used, they must be legible or readable.
